The Gator Exchange-A-Blade Saw Blade is one of the best choices for out-of-town trips. She easily copes with typical tourist tasks, as well as those tasks that may be relevant to hunters. This tool is equipped with two blades at once, each of which is designed for a specific range of work. One of the blades is better at cutting wood because it has large, well-sharpened teeth. The actual increase in the length of the cutting edge means that much less effort is required to cut fibrous wood. The teeth of the second blade are smaller, and therefore serve to neatly cut thicker materials such as bone.
Each of the blades is made of water-resistant steel. This allows the saw blade to be used in the field without the need for complex metal maintenance. At the same time, the selected steel grade contains enough carbon to keep the saw sharp for a long time and is suitable for working with hard materials. Both blades are 16.9 cm long. They are easily attached to the handle using a special mechanism and, if necessary, one blade can be replaced by another in a matter of moments. The saw handle is made convenient and practical. Its shape is selected in such a way that it is convenient not only to hold the saw-knife in the palm of your hand but also to work with a heavy load for a long time. For her, a high-quality and non-slip material was chosen - Gator-Grip. At the end of the handle, manufacturers made a small hole so that a lanyard could be threaded there and put on the wrist as insurance against the saw slipping out during operation. The working length of the tool is 39.5 cm. During transport, this folding saw measures only 22.3 cm. The Gator Exchange-A-Blade weighs 306.2 grams.
