Pelican 1720 Protector Long Case with foam designed for storage, protection and transportation of long flat equipment or weapons with accessories. Withstood vibration, frost, dry hot air, shock and drop tests. The Pelican 1720 case fully meets the strict requirements that apply to military items.
As practice has shown, the case can be used in almost any climate, whether it is a desert or regions where high air humidity is recorded (temperature range: -40°C…99°C).
The body is made of copolymer polypropylene, the latches are made of impact-resistant ABS plastic, and the pins are made of stainless steel.
A neoprene O-ring fixed around the perimeter of the lid provides dust and water resistance. The tightness is certified to IP-67. A pressure relief valve is built in to equalize the pressure.
Transportation of the case is carried out using the side carrying handle or the end handle for transportation on two wheels. Four locks made of ABS plastic are securely closed, if the case falls, they remain closed.
The design of the case provides holes with stainless steel overlays for padlocks. All hinges and latches are protected from impacts by stiffening ribs.
In the middle is a foam filler in which you can cut out a contour for a specific product carried in a case.
