  • Repair of Night Vision Goggles

We diagnose and repair your night vision devices. We accept orders from all over Ukraine, where Nova Poshta works.

 

The most common problems with NVDs, which we are addressed with:

  • failure and incorrect adjustment of the device focus;

  • contamination of optics, getting into the device foreign particles;

  • failure of the device elements;

  • failure of power supply contacts, etc.

Stages of order fulfillment on NV repair

  1. You make a request for repair in one of the ways convenient for you:

    1. Make an order through the site, selecting the payment type "Cash on Delivery".

    2. Call to the manager, who will clarify the details and formalize your application. Contact numbers: +380500587070; +380930587070; +380970587000.

  2. The manager contacts you to clarify the details of the order (when ordering through the site).

  3. You send us the NV:

    1. Through the delivery service of Nova Poshta (the cost of delivery is paid by the customer).

    2. Bring it to the Punisher store (if you are located in Zaporizhzhia) at the address: Zaporizhzhia, Soborny Ave., 228.

  4. Our specialist makes diagnostics of the device, estimates the cost and time of repair.

  5. Manager calls you to agree on the final amount and time of repair.

  6. We send you the repaired device.

  7. You check the device at the post office and then pay for the order:

    1. The amount of cash on delivery (estimated value of the order) is equal to the cost of diagnostics and repair.

    2. The cost of delivery and commission for the service "Cash on Delivery" is paid by the customer.

  8. Payment can be also made using the bank account details (ask your manager for details).

 

Attention!

  1. All questions about the possibility of repair and replacement of components are solved individually after communication with the manager.

  2. The minimum cost of diagnostics and repair is indicated on the site. The final price may increase depending on the complexity of repair and required components.

  3. The minimum repair time is 2–5 working days and can be increased for individual cases or complexity of ordering components.

  4. The cost of round-trip delivery of the device, as well as the commission for cash on delivery is paid by the customer.

Within Ukraine delivery is carried out through the "Nova Poshta" company, "Ukrposhta".

Sending by "Nova Poshta" is carried out within 2-3 days, except Sunday. Sending "Ukrposhta" are made on: Mon, Wed, Fri.

Delivery cost is not included into the order and must be paid separately, according to the delivery service tariffs.

Orders with a total value of less than UAH 1,000. postpaid are not sent. Orders over 10,000 UAH. - 500 UAH  to cover delivery costs.

We send goods by cash on delivery with a total value of up to 50000 UAH only

The purchased goods must be inspected at the post office in the presence of an employee. In case of damage / defect or shortage of goods, contact the Manager. If contact is not possible, then capture the photo. Otherwise, claims for damage/defects or shortages will not be accepted in favor of the Client.

Delivery is carried out all over Ukraine.

After placing the order, an order confirmation with payment terms and order information will be sent to your email address.

You can make a payment at any bank that accepts payments from individuals.

You can pay for your order with a payment (plastic) card, as well as via Privat24. (FAQ for payment)

You can arrange cash on delivery by selecting a payment on delivery. In this case, you pay an additional commission 2% for cash on delivery.

International delivery

Delivery is carried out through the UkrPochta company.

Payment is made using the PayPal payment system, including full delivery cost.
For the orders which weight is less than 2 kg delivery cost will be 15 $ and added automaticlly.
For the orders which weight is more than 2 kg delivery cost will be recalculate and sent to email.

We do not send items that are part of weapons, their components or visually similar to weapons abroad.

By cash

Payment by cash is possible when you purchase the goods at the Punisher retail shops.

Cashless transfers

Money transfers are made to the PrivatBank card. (FAQ for payment)

Cash on delivery

You pay the order on receipt at the delivery service office in your city. In this case, you pay an additional commission 2% for cash on delivery.
