The soldiers of the 3rd separate regiment of the Special Forces named after Prince Svyatoslav the Brave have become one step closer to the large international SOF family, which is the guarantor of world security.

We have now successfully passed the first level NEL-1 (Nato Evaluation). This is the first step towards recruiting NRF (NATO's Nato Response Forces).

“Based on the experience of international exercises, we do not feel the difference between our work and the work of partners from the Alliance. We are fully integrated into the planning and combat control process, as well as the use of our units,” commented one of the participants in the international assessment.

At all stages of the exercise, we were assessed by representatives of Poland and partner countries included in NATO Special Operations Headquarters - NSHQ. They noted our ability to deploy forces and assets, deploy a base of operations, plan and conduct a full range of special missions.

The assessed unit was recognized as interoperable with the units of the alliance, which made it possible to assign a national assessment of the first level of NATO (NEL-1).

Soon, our second unit will undergo the final assessment of NEL-2, which will allow us to maintain peace and security not only in our country, but also in the world, standing side by side with the military personnel of the alliance.
