SXE GROUP SHC LITE GEN 3 is the latest model for the protection of the upper part of the head from the Super High Cut line of SXE GROUP, combining advanced protection technologies, ergonomics, and reliability. The helmet complies with protection class DSTU 1 and NIJ IIIA, providing effective protection from shrapnel and pistol ammunition.
The shell is made of modern composite material, which allows it to reduce weight to 1050 grams (+-4%) without loss of strength. The high cut promotes compatibility with headsets and other communication systems.
The composite material does not lose its properties from moisture and ultraviolet (UV) rays. A Dutch Aramid top layer protects the base material from heat and fire, and the high-tech 3D cushions do not trap moisture, making this helmet ideal for military personnel who often perform missions in wet terrain or directly on the water.
The ARC rails have “in” and “out” holes with a routing path between them, allowing the user to run the wire from the night vision device (NVD) directly inside the rail and out the back to the battery.
The helmet features the latest SXE BOA+ fitting system, incorporating an internal metal cable for even pressure distribution and the most precise fit possible. The four-point harness attachment ensures a secure hold even during active movement.
The internal cushioning system is represented by high-tech antibacterial 3D cushions made of highly elastic polymer resin, which do not absorb moisture and odors, provide effective ventilation and adaptability of fit, and 30% better energy distribution from inhibited deformation than conventional cushions with memory effect.
