SVD - Dragunov sniper rifle 7.62-mm (Index GRAU - 6В1) - self-loading sniper rifle developed in 1957-1963 by a group of designers led by Evgeny Dragunov and adopted by the Soviet Army on July 3, 1963, together with the PSO-1 optical sight ...
The Cyma SVD-C AEG (CM.057S) sniper rifle is an electro-pneumatic development from the Tsima brand, a high-quality version of the domestic Dragunov rifle. The modification refers to electro-pneumatics, the rifle's gearbox is powered by an 8.4 V 1100mAh nickel-magnesium battery located in the forearm compartment. The rifle gearbox is custom, it is installed exclusively in similar modifications of this manufacturer.
Standard ammunition - 6 mm balls, bunker rifle magazine and holds 200 balls. The rifle shows an average shot speed of 125 m / s. The value of the muzzle energy of the Cyma SVD-C AEG is no more than 1.7 J. The rifle's hop-up is adjustable, the shooter gets access to the camera settings after moving the shutter. The firing mode is semi-automatic, a safety catch with two positions is installed.
The main advantage of the Tsima SVD AEG rifle is the quality of manufacture and fit of all parts to each other, as well as a high degree of similarity with the firearm prototype. This modification is made mainly of ABS plastic, some of the components are made of aluminum alloy. The rifle has standard sighting devices in the form of an adjustable rear sight and front sight - by analogy with the Dragunov combat rifle.
