FMA AN/PEQ-15A DBAL-A2 Laser Designator
The FMA AN/PEQ-15A DBAL-A2 is a multifunctional laser module inspired by the well-known Steiner DBAL-A2 military aiming system, officially adopted by the U.S. Armed Forces. The model combines a low-profile design, detailed housing construction, and a wide range of features, making it an excellent choice for airsoft, tactical training, and simulation purposes.
The housing features accurate geometry, realistic markings, and authentic control elements. This allows the module to integrate seamlessly with modern carbines and other firearms equipped with a standard Picatinny rail system.
Wide Functional Capabilities
The electronic module supports multiple operating modes for both daytime use and low-visibility conditions:
- white LED flashlight;
- visible laser designator;
- infrared (IR) laser — invisible beam designed for night vision devices;
- Emergency Illuminator mode — emergency lighting function replicated from the real-steel counterpart.
Durable Construction
The housing is made of high-strength reinforced nylon, combining low weight with excellent resistance to impact, mechanical stress, and harsh environmental conditions. According to the manufacturer, the device has been tested under rain exposure, extreme temperature conditions, and recoil resistance simulations.
Easy Mounting
The module mounts on a standard 20 mm Picatinny / RIS rail and includes a remote pressure switch, allowing fast activation of modes without changing weapon grip.
