📦 Receiving Your Order (Important!)

Your safety is our priority. Please always inspect your order at the Nova Post branch in the presence of an employee.

  • Found damage, a defect, or a missing item? Contact our manager immediately.

  • Can’t get through? Be sure to take clear photos of the issue directly at the post office.

  • Note: If the item is taken home without inspection, we will be unable to accept claims regarding mechanical damage or missing components.

✅ Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

We will accept a return if:

  1. The item has not been used and shows no signs of wear.

  2. The original condition, consumer properties, and original packaging are preserved.

  3. All seals, tags, and labels are intact.

  4. You have completed the mandatory [Google Return Form].

📋 Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Contact Us: Message or call our manager to discuss the details.

  2. Fill Out the Form: This is required to register your request in our system.

  3. Ship the Item: The manager will provide the shipping details for Nova Posht.

  4. Confirmation: Once our Quality Control department receives and inspects the item, we will contact you to finalize the exchange or refund.

 

💳 Refund Schedule & Rules

We value your trust, so we’ve made our refund process fully transparent. Payments are issued every Friday.

How it works:

  • Option 1: The order was not shipped

    Simply fill out the form, and we will add you to the registry for the upcoming Friday.

  • Option 2: The order was shipped and you are returning the item

    The refund will be processed on the first Friday after we receive and inspect the item at our warehouse.

When will I receive my money?

To receive your payment on the nearest Friday, your request must be submitted and approved (and the item received by us) no later than Thursday.

⚠️ Additional Terms:

  • If you have the item: The refund will take place on Friday after the item is returned to us and passes inspection.

  • Installment Plans: When returning items purchased via PrivatBank "Pay in Parts" services, the refund is issued minus the bank's transaction processing fee.

  • Refusal at the Post Office: If you refuse a high-quality item at the branch, shipping costs are covered by the customer.

 

Items Not Subject to Exchange and Return at the "PUNISHER" Store

In accordance with:

  • Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights"

  • Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated March 19, 1994, "On the Implementation of Certain Provisions of the Law of Ukraine 'On Protection of Consumer Rights'"

goods of proper quality from the list below are not subject to exchange or return.

1. Pyrotechnic Products

The following are not subject to return and exchange:

  • airsoft grenades;

  • smoke bombs;

  • flashbang/sound grenades;

  • signaling devices;

  • firecrackers;

  • pyrotechnic charges;

  • fuzes/igniters;

  • any products containing pyrotechnic compositions.

Legal Basis: Pyrotechnic products fall under the category of explosive items and, for safety reasons, cannot be resold once transferred to the buyer.

2. Cylinders and Pressurized Containers

The following are not subject to return:

  • CO₂ gas cartridges;

  • Green Gas canisters;

  • pre-filled containers;

  • consumable gas cartridges.

Basis: Products that come into contact with the environment after opening or use and are potentially hazardous.

3. Personal Use Items

Provided they have been unpacked or used, the following are not subject to return:

  • protective masks;

  • balaclavas;

  • goggles/eyewear;

  • hosiery and socks;

  • gloves;

  • thermal underwear and undergarments;

  • in-ear headphones (earbuds);

  • mouthguards;

  • other goods that come into direct contact with the human body.

Legal Basis: Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172: "sanitary and hygiene items", "underwear/undergarments", "other items for personal use".

4. Consumables

The following are not subject to return once the packaging has been opened:

  • BBs (airsoft pellets);

  • lubricants/greases;

  • silicones;

  • rechargeable batteries;

  • single-use batteries;

  • pre-charged power cells;

  • chemical care products.

5. Custom and Personalized Goods

The following are not subject to return:

  • goods imported under a special custom order;

  • goods with custom/personal engraving;

  • modified or tuned items;

  • components/parts installed at the customer's request.

Legal Basis: Part 5, Article 13 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights".

Return or exchange is possible if:

  • the product has a manufacturing defect;

  • the product does not match the order;

  • the damage occurred prior to delivery to the buyer.

In such cases, the issue shall be resolved in accordance with Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights".
