Product Delivery within Ukraine

Delivery is carried out throughout the entire territory of Ukraine. After placing your order, a confirmation email containing order and payment details will be sent to your email address.

Once the order is placed, a personal consultant will contact you to clarify the details and help choose the most suitable delivery and payment method.

Within Ukraine, delivery is carried out by the following companies:

Nova Poshta Nova Poshta — shipping is processed within 2–3 days.
Ukrposhta Ukrposhta — shipments are sent out on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

The cost of delivery is not included in the order price and is paid separately according to the carrier's rates.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

We offer Cash on Delivery for orders with a total value up to 50,000 UAH.

❗ Cash on Delivery is only available subject to an advance payment to cover shipping costs.

The advance payment amount depends on the order value:

  • from 0 to 10,000 UAH advance payment: 250 UAH
  • over 10,000 UAH advance payment: 500 UAH

The advance payment is used exclusively to cover delivery costs in the event that the parcel is not picked up, if the order is canceled, or for subsequent exchange.

⚠️ Attention!

The advance payment is non-refundable in the cases mentioned above.

In case of refusal of the goods at the post office, delivery is paid at the customer's expense.

Payment Methods

You can make a payment at any bank that accepts payments from individuals.

You can pay for your order using a payment (plastic) card, as well as via Privat24 (detailed payment instructions are available via this link).

You can choose Cash on Delivery and pay upon receipt. In this case, an additional commission fee of 2% + 20 UAH of the order amount is charged according to the carrier's rates.

PrivatBank Payment in Parts — PrivatBank

An opportunity to pay for your purchase in equal monthly installments.

Terms of the "Payment in Parts" service:

  • You must hold a PrivatBank card ("Universal", "Universal Gold", "Platinum", "Infinite", "World Signia / Elite");
  • A credit limit for the "Payment in Parts" service exceeding the value of the product must be available;
  • The service is activated instantly at the moment of payment;
  • In the absence of personal funds, the payment is covered by credit funds.

Credit Terms:

  • Minimum loan amount — 5,000 UAH;
  • Maximum loan amount — 300,000 UAH;
  • Real annual interest rate — 0.24%;
  • Maximum loan term — 8 months;
  • Payment schedule — in equal parts monthly;
  • The first payment is deducted at the moment of purchase confirmation.

* Please note: An order processing commission fee is established for the "Payment in Parts" service. The size of the commission depends on the purchase amount and the number of installments, and is displayed when choosing the number of payments and confirming the transaction in the banking app.

International Delivery

International delivery is carried out via Ukrposhta & Nova Poshta.

Payment is processed through the WayForPay payment system, including the full cost of delivery.

  • For orders weighing up to 2 kg, the delivery cost is 15 USD and is added automatically;
  • For orders weighing over 2 kg, the delivery cost is calculated individually and sent via email.

We do not ship internationally any items that are part of weapons, components of weapons, or visually resemble weapons.
