Domestic Delivery (Within Ukraine)

Delivery within the territory of Ukraine is carried out by companies Nova Poshta & Ukrposhta. Delivery cost is not included in the order and must be paid separately, according to the delivery service tariffs.

You can pick up your order from one of our stores, provided that the item is currently in stock at the selected location:

• Kyiv: 2B Heorhiia Kirpy St., near Vokzalna metro station.

• Zaporizhzhia: 228 Sobornyi Ave., Dniprovskyi District.

• Dnipro: 33 Sicheslavska Naberezhna St.

• Kharkiv: 16 Rizdviana St., Kholodnohirskyi District.

• Pavlohrad: 128 Shevchenka St., Gulliver Shopping Centre, Block A, 1st floor.

Before visiting the store, please wait for confirmation from the manager that your order is ready for pickup.

Cash on Delivery Terms

• Available for orders with a total value of up to UAH 50,000.
• Orders with a total value of less than UAH 1,000 postpaid are not sent.

Payment of Goods

• You can make a payment at any bank that accepts payments from individuals.
• You can pay for your order with a payment (plastic) card, as well as via Privat24.
• You can arrange cash on delivery by selecting a payment on delivery. In this case, you pay an additional commission 2% for cash on delivery.

International Delivery

Delivery is carried out through the UkrPochta & Nova Post company. Payment is made using the WayForPay payment system, including full delivery cost.

• For the orders whose weight is less than 2 kg, the delivery cost will be 15 $ and added automatically.
• For the orders whose weight is more than 2 kg, the delivery cost will be recalculated and sent to the email.
