Balak Wear Telescopic Cummerbund Guide
The Balak Wear Telescopic Cummerbund Guide is a replaceable system component designed for installing and adjusting the telescopic cummerbund on a plate carrier. The part is available in two attachment options: Velcro or an elastic shock cord with lacing. The second option provides additional flexibility to the construction and comfort during movement.
Two Attachment Options
Depending on the gear configuration, the required guide type can be selected:
- Velcro attachment – for fastening with hook-and-loop;
- elastic shock cord attachment – the lacing provides a more flexible connection and allows the construction to adapt to the user's movements.
Adjustment from M to XL
The guide is designed for adjustment within the M to XL range. The size is selected using two locking tabs that are inserted into the corresponding holes. Additional fixation is provided by a button and a securing strap with a lock, which help maintain the adjusted position of the component.
The guide is compatible with the Front Module of the first-generation x3 MOLLE telescopic cummerbund, allowing it to be used as part of the corresponding Balak Wear system configuration.

The guide is made using Curv, Velcro, and elastic shock cord. The combination of these materials allows the rigidity of the base to be combined with flexible adjustment depending on the selected attachment option.
