Agilite MD2 Compact Medical Pouch
The Agilite MD2 Compact is a compact individual medical pouch designed to provide rapid access to first aid supplies in critical situations. Developed by the Israeli company Agilite based on the experience of modern combat operations and emergency response services, its low-profile design does not restrict movement and allows the IFAK to be mounted on a battle belt, plate carrier, or other tactical gear with minimal added bulk.
The pouch is an excellent choice for military personnel, law enforcement officers, rescue teams, medics, and civilian users assembling their own IFAK.
Fast access to medical equipment
The MD2 design enables rapid deployment of the medical insert regardless of the user's dominant hand. Its ambidextrous opening system allows equally efficient operation with either the right or left hand, which is especially important when providing emergency medical care.
The compact inner insert slides easily out of the outer sleeve, giving immediate access to the entire contents without having to remove individual items one at a time.
Well-organized internal layout
The interior features a thoughtfully designed system of elastic retention slots and pockets for organizing bandages, hemostatic dressings, occlusive seals, gloves, and other essential IFAK components.
A dedicated holder for a decompression needle or tactical marker ensures that the most critical tools remain easily accessible even in high-stress situations.
The pouch is supplied without medical contents, allowing users to configure the kit according to personal requirements or unit SOPs.
External attachment points for immediate access
The outside of the pouch includes dedicated mounting points for equipment that must be immediately accessible.
The upper holder securely carries a tourniquet on the exterior without occupying internal storage space. An integrated slot accommodates trauma shears up to 6 inches in length, positioning the finger rings outside the pouch for instant deployment.
Compact design and gear compatibility
The pouch features a compact Micro MOLLE attachment system optimized primarily for modern battle belts. It can also be mounted on other MOLLE-compatible equipment.
For plate carrier users, the manufacturer offers an optional Plate Carrier Hanger adapter (sold separately), allowing the pouch to be mounted beneath the front plate carrier panel.
Thanks to its universal One Size Fits All design, the pouch integrates easily with most modern tactical gear setups.
