Agilite K-Zero SF Plate Carrier is a modular plate carrier designed for comfortable extended wear and adaptation to different tasks. Comfort and Load Distribution System

The plate carrier includes a semi-rigid Micro Warfighter cummerbund with a patented design that accommodates different body types. It combines gear support with elasticity to help maintain comfort while moving. Removable shoulder pads allow users to change the plate carrier configuration: it can be used in a minimalist setup or fitted with pads for more comfortable carrying of heavier loads.

The inner surfaces of the plate bags feature ventilated zones that help dissipate heat and moisture during intense activity. A reinforced drag handle is provided for evacuation.

Modularity and Quick Release

The Agilite K-Zero SF is compatible with MOLLE systems and placard-style front panels. Its patented design allows users to change the front panel attachment method using hook-and-loop fasteners, quick-release buckles, or direct attachment to the plate carrier.

For quick removal, the carrier features two side Duraflex quick-release buckles and one shoulder buckle. The configuration can be adapted to specific tasks, including use in aquatic environments. The package also includes a cable management system for both right- and left-handed users, an integrated zippered admin pocket, and removable shoulder pads. The plate carrier is compatible with Agilite plate carrier accessories.

The construction uses Mil-Spec 500D CORDURA nylon, laser-cut Squadron laminate, CURV thermoplastic composite, Velcro MOLLE panels, and Mil-Spec hardware. The interior is supplemented with integrated closed-cell foam for wearing comfort.

The plate carrier features a one-size-fits-all design, while its plate bags accommodate most S, M, and L-sized ballistic plates. Before use, check the maximum permitted plate dimensions, as compatibility depends not only on the nominal size but also on the actual measurements.
