2. The manager contacts you to clarify the details of the order (when ordering through the site).

3. You send us the device:

   1. Through the delivery service of Nova Poshta (the cost of delivery is paid by the customer).

   2. Bring it to the Punisher store (if you are located in Zaporozhye) at the address: Zaporozhye, Soborny Ave., 228.

4. Our specialist makes diagnostics of the device, estimates the cost and time of repair.

5. Manager calls you to agree on the final amount and time of repair.

6. We will send you the repaired device after payment has been made using the provided bank details (please request the payment details from the manager).

7. Payment can be also made using the bank account details (ask your manager for details).

1. All questions about the possibility of repair and replacement of components are solved individually after communication with the manager.

2. The minimum cost of diagnostics and repair is indicated on the site. The final price may increase depending on the complexity of repair and required components.

3. The minimum repair time is 2–5 working days and can be increased for individual cases or complexity of ordering components.

4. The cost of round-trip delivery of the device, as well as the commission for cash on delivery is paid by the customer.
