Product Condition Classification

A product without a specified grade in its name does not fall under this classification and is considered new!

🟢 Grade 1 — New items with minor visual imperfections

Grade 1 products are new, fully functional items that have never been used.

🔵 Grade 2 — Used items
Grade 2 products are pre-owned items that remain in full working order.

In accordance with Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection",
the buyer has the right to exchange a non-food product of proper quality for a similar one from the same seller if the item does not satisfy the buyer in terms of shape, size, style, color, or other characteristics, and therefore cannot be used as intended.
The buyer may exchange a product of proper quality within 14 days, not including the day of purchase.

Delivery within the territory of Ukraine is carried out by companies  Nova Poshta & Ukrposhta.

Sending by "Nova Poshta" is carried out within 2-3 days, except Sunday. Sending "Ukrposhta" are made on: Mon, Wed, Fri.

Delivery cost is not included into the order and must be paid separately, according to the delivery service tariffs.

Cash on Delivery Terms

Cash on delivery is available for orders with a total value of up to UAH 50,000.

❗ Cash on delivery is available only with a prepayment deposit for transportation costs.
The deposit amount depends on the total order value:

• UAH 0 - 10,000 — deposit UAH 250

• Above UAH 10,000 — deposit UAH 500

The deposit is used exclusively to cover delivery costs if the parcel is not collected, in case of order refusal, or for a subsequent exchange.

⚠️ Attention! The deposit is non-refundable in the cases listed above.

The purchased goods must be inspected at the post office in the presence of an employee. In case of damage / defect or shortage of goods, contact the Manager. If contact is not possible, then capture the photo. Otherwise, claims for damage/defects or shortages will not be accepted in favor of the Client.

Delivery is carried out all over Ukraine.

After placing the order, an order confirmation with payment terms and order information will be sent to your email address.

After placing the order, our personal consultant will contact you to clarify the order details and choose the most appropriate delivery and payment terms for the goods.

Sending by "Nova Poshta" is carried out within 2-3 days, except Sunday. Sendings "Ukrposhta" are made on: Mon, Wed, Fri.

Orders with a total value of less than UAH 1,000. postpaid are not sent. Orders over 10,000 UAH. - 500 UAH  to cover delivery costs.

Within Ukraine delivery is carried out through the "Nova Poshta" company, "Ukrposhta".

Payment of goods

You can make a payment at any bank that accepts payments from individuals.

You can pay for your order with a payment (plastic) card, as well as via Privat24. (FAQ for payment)

You can arrange cash on delivery by selecting a payment on delivery. In this case, you pay an additional commission 2% for cash on delivery.

International delivery

Delivery is carried out through the UkrPochta company.

Payment is made using the PayPal payment system, including full delivery cost.
For the orders which weight is less than 2 kg delivery cost will be 15 $ and added automaticlly.
For the orders which weight is more than 2 kg delivery cost will be recalculate and sent to email.

We do not send items that are part of weapons, their components or visually similar to weapons abroad.

By cash

Payment by cash is possible when you purchase the goods at the Punisher retail shops 

Cashless transfers

Money transfers are made to the PrivatBank card. (FAQ for payment)

Cash on delivery

You pay for the order on receipt at the delivery service office in your city. In this case, you pay an additional commission 2% for cash on delivery.

"Installment payment" from PrivatBank

Terms of the “Payment in Installments” service:

• You must be a holder of a PrivatBank card (“Universal”, “Universal Gold”, “Platinum”, “Infinite”, “World Signia/Elite”).
• There must be a limit available for "Installment payment" greater than the cost of the item.
• The service is activated instantly at the time of payment with a PrivatBank card.
• If there are not enough funds on your card on the payment due date, the installment will be covered by credit funds.

Credit conditions:

• Minimum loan amount – 5,000 UAH.
• Maximum loan amount – 300,000 UAH.
• Interest rate – 0.01%.
• Effective annual interest rate – 0.24%.
• Maximum loan term – 8 months.
• Payment schedule: equal monthly installments.
• First payment: at the time of purchase.

Please note: processing fee applies to the “Installment Payment” services. The fee amount depends on the purchase total and the number of payments and is included in the price you see when selecting the number of installments. It is also shown in the bank app request when you confirm the purchase. The fee is paid by the customer.
