XGO Heavyweight Phase 4 FR Thermal Shirt

XGO Heavyweight Phase 4 FR Heavyweight Flame Resistant Long Sleeve Crew is an insulated long-sleeve thermal shirt with flame-resistant properties, designed for use in cold conditions. It is the warmest option in XGO's FR line and can be worn as a standalone outer layer or used as a base layer for additional protection against the cold.

The material is made from a proprietary blend of modacrylic and FR rayon. Flame-resistant properties are inherent to the fibers and do not disappear after washing, providing protection without melting or dripping throughout the garment's service life. The fabric has a weight of 240 g/m² while remaining breathable and shrink-resistant.

Flame-Resistant Properties

The thermal shirt meets the ASTM D6413 standard for No Melt/No Drip properties. Flame resistance is built into the material's fibers, so it is not washed out during garment care. This helps preserve the garment's relevant properties throughout its service life.

Wearing Comfort

The model features a loose Regular/Relaxed Fit and a texture that feels comfortable against the skin. A flat Clean Seam stitch is used to reduce friction and provide comfort when worn directly against the skin.

The rounded shoulder seams are shifted away from the shoulder area, helping reduce friction and irritation when worn with a plate carrier or backpack. Underarm gussets provide greater freedom of movement and help reduce discomfort.

Moisture Wicking and Odor Control

Acclimate Dry technology wicks moisture away from the body and helps the fabric dry faster. Ag47 antimicrobial technology helps control the development of unpleasant odors during extended use.

The extended body design helps keep the shirt tucked in during movement, while the breathable fabric maintains comfort during active wear.

📦 Inspection Policy:

The purchased goods must be inspected at the post office in the presence of an employee. In case of damage / defect or shortage of goods, contact the Manager. If contact is not possible, then capture the photo. Otherwise, claims for damage/defects or shortages will not be accepted in favor of the Client.

Payment of Goods

You can make a payment at any bank that accepts payments from individuals.
You can pay for your order with a payment (plastic) card, as well as via Privat24.
You can arrange cash on delivery by selecting a payment on delivery. In this case, you pay an additional commission 2% for cash on delivery.

International Delivery

Delivery is carried out through the UkrPochta & Nova Post company. Payment is made using the WayForPay payment system, including full delivery cost.

For the orders whose weight is less than 2 kg, the delivery cost will be 15 $ and added automatically.
For the orders whose weight is more than 2 kg, the delivery cost will be recalculated and sent to the email.

We do not send items that are part of weapons, their components, or visually similar to weapons abroad.

Cash payment is only available when purchasing at Punisher physical stores.

Cash on Delivery
