It's not just the helmet shell that protects against impacts and blunt trauma. Inside are soft foam pads, which should provide support and comfort to prevent your head from hitting the inner walls while jumping in the helmet and prevent kinetic injuries (concussions) from external impacts.
The Protection Group Denmark (PGD) pad set contains 10 specially designed memory foam pads that adapt to the shape of the head within 2-3 seconds and provide maximum support and comfort for all types of ballistic helmets.
This innovative foam provides a secure and snug fit without feeling squeezed or uncomfortable, giving the impression of a “floating” helmet.
In addition to comfort, the memory foam ensures that blunt force trauma to the helmet is reduced.
Comfort is further enhanced by the fact that the pads are made of sweat-wicking material, thus preventing the helmet from freezing or freezing.
In addition, the positioning of the pads allows for free airflow to prevent the wearer's head from overheating and accelerate the drainage of excess moisture.
Each pad is easily and securely attached with Velcro, requiring no additional means of attachment.
The weight of the kit is only 74 grams (barely changing the overall weight of the helmet), which does not put unnecessary strain on the neck muscles.
