SureFire M300V Weapon Light

SureFire M300V Scout Light is a compact weapon light with white and infrared (IR) illumination, designed for installation on rifles, carbines, and submachine guns with a Picatinny rail. The model combines a 250-lumen output for illuminating the target and surrounding area with 100 mW of infrared radiation for use with night vision devices. Switching between white light, the off position, and IR mode is performed by rotating the knurled front section of the housing.

White and Infrared Illumination

The light is equipped with a TIR optical system that produces a focused beam with sufficient range for target identification, along with additional diffused light for monitoring the surrounding environment. This configuration is suitable for use at close and medium ranges. The infrared mode allows the light to be used with night vision devices without the need to install a separate IR filter or replace the lamp.

The white and infrared LEDs feature regulated power, which helps maintain light output characteristics and use battery power efficiently.

Controls and Mounting

The SureFire M300V is equipped with a Z68 push-button switch at the rear of the housing, supporting both momentary activation by pressing the button and constant-on operation. The protective bezel around the button reduces the risk of accidental activation. An integrated M75 mount with a clamping screw is used for installation, ensuring secure attachment to MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny rails. The light is also compatible with STANAG 4694 standard rails.
