The Ops-Core RAC (Rail Attached Communications) Headset is an advanced tactical headset designed for use in military, security, and special operations. It provides high-quality two-way communication, active noise reduction, and enhanced hearing protection in extreme environments.
The headset integrates seamlessly with tactical helmets and protection systems, making it indispensable in demanding environments.
ARC rail adapters are compatible with Ops-Core FAST, Sentry, and other ARC-rail helmets. The earpieces are designed to allow space at the top of the ARC rail for mounting flashlights, cameras, and other accessories.
The spring-loaded hinge mechanism makes it easy to change the position of the cups: you can quickly lift them to free your ears or press them down tightly for protection and connectivity.
Compatible with goggles, gas masks, and personal protective equipment.
The housing is made of durable composite materials that resist impact, moisture, and dust. The earcups have soft, noise-absorbing ear cushions for long-lasting comfort.
IP67 is waterproof and dustproof.
Operating in extreme temperatures from -40°C to +55°C.
True 3DHT technology provides natural hearing restoration through a patented design that mimics the human ear. This unique feature reproduces environmental sounds with a high degree of accuracy, preserving and enhancing situational awareness.
Active noise reduction reduces the impact of gunshots, explosions, and other loud sounds. Noise reduction NRR = 20 (ANSI S3.19-1974); SNR = 23 (EN352-3).
Allows quiet sounds and conversations to be heard even in noisy environments.
Supports Push-To-Talk (PTT) for communication control (sold separately).
Automatic microphone activation when voice is detected (VOX function).
Auto Power Off function de-energizes the unit after two hours of inactive use to conserve battery power. An audible alarm alerts the user to the imminent shutdown. The timer can be reset by pressing any control button. AAA batteries provide 100 hours of operation in 3DHT mode.
If the batteries run out, the headphones can continue to be used for communication, but only the 3DHT surround sound system will be turned off.
The headset has been tested to MIL-STD-810G standard for resistance to various influences and meets all environmental safety requirements. Successful MIL-STD-461E testing has confirmed reliability and electromagnetic immunity (EMI).
