U-WIN Women’s Anatomical Damping Pads for Plate Carrier
The U-WIN women’s damping pad set is designed to improve comfort during body armor use and ensure a more accurate fit of the plate carrier according to female anatomical features. Thanks to their ergonomic shape, the pads create additional space in the chest area, reducing gear pressure and increasing comfort during prolonged wear.
The set includes four separate pads with a height of 28 mm, installed on the inner side of the front plate carrier panel using Velcro fastening. This design allows users to individually adjust the placement depending on body shape and required support level.
The separated placement of the pads creates ventilation channels that improve airflow and help dissipate heat during movement. This reduces discomfort during long-term use of body armor in warm conditions or during intensive physical activity.
The damping inserts also help distribute load more evenly across the body armor, reducing shoulder pressure and improving overall ergonomics. An additional benefit is reduced behind-armor trauma in case of impact from fragments or bullets on the ballistic plate.
The materials are designed for regular use and easy maintenance. The product is machine washable at temperatures up to 40°C without removing the internal damping material.
