Most modern membrane fabrics with surface polyurethane spraying are not designed for the lowest possible temperatures due to the fact that polyurethane hardens at low temperatures, which subsequently leads to hardening of the fabric as a whole. The consequence of this is the characteristic "rustling" when moving. In the membrane thermal fabric WindBlock, to protect the membrane, not polyurethane spraying is used, but a dense polyester-structured bristle (inside and outside the membrane), which protects the membrane from low temperatures, abrasion (both inside and outside) and creates an additional warming air gap from the inside of the garment from WindBlock.
