U-WIN PRO Tunnel Medic Pouch with Ballistic Insert Option
The U-WIN PRO is a horizontal roll-style medical pouch designed for carrying an individual tactical first aid kit. It is optimized for M.A.R.C.H. medical systems while retaining additional internal space for extended loadouts.
The design includes a dedicated compartment for a ballistic insert (10×24.5 cm), providing additional lower-back protection. This makes the pouch both a medical organizer and a protective gear component.
Mounting is achieved via a Velcro system, allowing installation on either the front or rear panel of a plate carrier. The dual Velcro configuration (hook and loop) ensures compatibility with most modern carrier systems, with optional adapters for alternative setups.
The internal medical module is designed for quick deployment and can be accessed with either hand thanks to dual pull tabs. Inside, elastic organizers and pockets help efficiently arrange medical supplies without excess bulk.
A rapid-opening system allows one-handed access to the inner compartment. A central retention strap is included for securing reinforced tape or bandage materials.
Externally, the pouch features an elastic tourniquet holder and a Velcro panel for patches or identification markers. The rear surface is equipped with a Velcro platform for additional modules or protective elements.
