Domestic Delivery (Within Ukraine)

Delivery within the territory of Ukraine is carried out by companies Nova Poshta & Ukrposhta. Delivery cost is not included in the order and must be paid separately, according to the delivery service tariffs.

Cash on Delivery Terms

Available for orders with a total value of up to UAH 50,000.
Orders with a total value of less than UAH 1,000 postpaid are not sent.

📦 Inspection Policy:

The purchased goods must be inspected at the post office in the presence of an employee. In case of damage / defect or shortage of goods, contact the Manager. If contact is not possible, then capture the photo. Otherwise, claims for damage/defects or shortages will not be accepted in favor of the Client.

Payment of Goods

You can make a payment at any bank that accepts payments from individuals.
You can pay for your order with a payment (plastic) card, as well as via Privat24.
You can arrange cash on delivery by selecting a payment on delivery. In this case, you pay an additional commission 2% for cash on delivery.

International Delivery

Delivery is carried out through the UkrPochta & Nova Post company. Payment is made using the WayForPay payment system, including full delivery cost.

For the orders whose weight is less than 2 kg, the delivery cost will be 15 $ and added automatically.
For the orders whose weight is more than 2 kg, the delivery cost will be recalculated and sent to the email.

We do not send items that are part of weapons, their components, or visually similar to weapons abroad.

Cash

Cash payment is only available when purchasing at Punisher physical stores.

Bank Transfer

Transfer of funds to a PrivatBank card (Payment instructions).

Cash on Delivery

You pay for your order upon receipt at the delivery service branch in your city. In this case, you will pay an additional 2% fee for the cash on delivery service.

You must be a PrivatBank cardholder («Universal», «Universal Gold», «Platinum», «Infinite», «World Signia/Elite»).
Your available «Payment by Parts» limit must exceed the cost of the product.
The service is activated instantly at the moment of payment with the PrivatBank card.
If there are insufficient personal funds on your card on the payment due date, it will be paid using credit funds.

Credit Conditions:

Minimum loan amount – 5,000 UAH
Maximum loan amount – 300,000 UAH
Interest rate – 0.01%
Real annual interest rate – 0.24%
Maximum loan term – 8 months
Payment schedule: equal installments monthly.
First payment: at the moment of purchase completion.

It is included in the price you see when choosing the number of payments, and is also displayed in the confirmation request within the bank app. The fee is paid by the customer.

You must be a monobank customer.
You must have a sufficient available «Payment in Installments» limit to cover your purchase.
The installment plan is set up during checkout.
The available payment term is from 2 to 6 months.
Payments are made in equal monthly installments.
