Sordin Supreme headphones reproduce sound perfectly and protect against dangerous noise, allowing you to hear safe sound through the cups.
From 2023, the Sordin Supreme Pro-X family of headphones comes with the advanced SordinHEAR2 sound system, featuring four audio profiles, each tailored to the typical situations hunters may encounter.
Surround sound is picked up by microphones on the outside of each cup and reproduced by speakers inside the cups. Weak ambient sounds are amplified without being cut off.
Even though dangerous noises are compressed, you can talk to others and hear commands and instructions without removing the hearing protector, even when gunfire is being fired around you.
The compact cup design makes the Supreme headphones very comfortable to wear. The bottom of the cups is even more compact to make shooting easier for both right- and left-handed shooters.
The headphones can withstand 400 hours of battery life from two standard AAA batteries.
Equipped with an AUX input port for connecting an external audio source such as a radio or mobile phone. A 3.5mm mono cable is included.
MSA Sordin Supreme Supreme Pro-X Hear2 Features
SordinHEAR2 provides superior sound quality and four different audio profiles.
- Hunting is the primary audio profile for general purposes. The audio image is optimised for a typical hunting day, balancing clean ambient sound such as speech with a comfortable, low-noise audio.
- Shooting is a profile with lower gain and a narrower spectrum of audible frequencies. Ideal when normal situational awareness is sufficient, such as during shooting practice at the range.
- Focus is a full readiness profile. It features high gain and a wider frequency spectrum for maximum situational awareness. Use this audio profile, for example on a hunting rig, to build up a pre-shot feeling.
- Comms. In this mode, ambient sound is switched off and the headphones provide only passive protection. However, the 3.5mm AUX input is active, ensuring clear communication even in noisy environments.
