Reproduction of the Rothco Vietnam Combat knife with a 16 cm blade, Grip-Tite handle and nylon sheath.
For the first time, knives of this type were used by American special forces during the Vietnam War. The peculiarity of this knife is that its guard is smoothed, and at the end of the blade there is a rather large area of an unsharpened blade. This design was needed for easy and safe extraction from the flesh. The blued blade does not give glare, which makes the knife more stealthy. In the middle of the blade, along its entire length, there is a stiffening rib.
The blade of the Rothco Vietnam Combat Knife is made of high-strength carbon steel. Anti-slip rubber "Grip-Tite" grip fits comfortably in the hand.
The sheath made of nylon Cordura secures the knife by a strap with a button. A nylon sling with a loop is provided for attaching the scabbard to the belt. At the bottom of the scabbard is a plastic D-ring for attaching to a carabiner.
