Thoughtful Architecture and Protection

The system’s base is constructed from high-strength Cordura® Squadron™ laminate using Laser Cut technology, guaranteeing extreme durability with minimal weight. An internal frame made of Tegris® composite provides the necessary structural rigidity, allowing for the secure housing of various armor plate standards (SAPI, ESAPI, Swimmer Cut) in sizes ranging from M to XL.

A unique thermoregulation system is implemented via an internal dampener with pressure-adjustment valves. Advanced ventilation channels allow for efficient heat dissipation, reducing the temperature at contact points by 9°C, which significantly enhances comfort during operations in extreme conditions.

Integrated Load-Carriage System

The system is equipped with a specialized elastic cummerbund, which is an integral part of the TEIWAZ 3.0 architecture:

• 8 Gear Compartments: 4 on each side. The cells are adapted for AK and AR standard magazines and can also accommodate radios, tourniquets, IFAKs, or smoke grenades.

• Dynamic Retention: Thanks to the elastic properties of the material, gear is held securely in the cells without the need for additional flaps, ensuring maximum speed for "blind access."

• Ergonomics: Unlike rigid platforms, this elastic cummerbund adapts perfectly to the user's anatomy, does not restrict breathing during intense physical activity, and eliminates excess bulk—a critical factor when operating in vehicles or confined spaces.
