U-WIN PRO is a professional-grade tactical plate carrier designed for secure placement of ballistic plates and additional armor inserts in demanding field conditions. The construction combines durability, ergonomic design, and long-term wearing comfort.
Design Features
Plate Compatibility
Designed to fit standard 250×300 mm plates with a thickness from 5 to 28 mm, ensuring a snug and stable fit without shifting during movement.
Adaptive Cummerbund System
Side panels provide secure retention and even weight distribution. Elastic sections enhance comfort while maintaining full mobility.
Shock-Absorbing System
The inner surface includes removable 15 mm padding inserts that reduce blunt force impact, improve airflow, and increase overall comfort. Pads can be removed for maintenance.
Quick-Release System
Equipped with original Italian 2M ROC 40 shoulder buckles and 2M SPIDER side buckles for rapid removal in emergency situations.
Shoulder Area
Soft removable shoulder pads with cushioning evenly distribute weight and reduce pressure. Compatible with tourniquet fixation or MOLLE adapters.
MOLLE Platform
Full-size MOLLE interface with reinforced zigzag stitching ensures secure attachment of pouches and compatible gear.
Plate Retention
Internal straps with hook-and-loop closures and wide external Velcro flaps keep plates securely in place during dynamic activity.
Drag Handle
Reinforced rear drag handle allows for emergency extraction with balanced load distribution.
Reinforced Construction
All critical stress points are additionally reinforced for enhanced durability.
