The SOF MedPack is a highly functional and compact medical backpack designed and built for small infantry and specialty units.

It can be carried by the handle, slung on the straps behind the back, or attached directly to the stovepipe to provide easy access to the backpack without the need for shoulder straps. This saves time when obtaining necessary medical supplies in extreme conditions.

Its design in principle allows for quick access to medical supplies and efficient use during missions, even in confined spaces.

It has separate profile pouches for use according to MARCH algorithms (massive bleeding, airway, blood circulation, headache), including special profile pouches for organizing medical supplies according to priority needs.

Equipped with a special multifunctional ampullar to place medications and tools in quick access mode to increase the efficiency of life and health-saving actions.

The backpack is equipped with internal pockets for oversized tools to protect from damage. All pockets and pouches are further protected with dampening foam to ensure medications remain intact during transportation.

The external interface has three pockets for small items and an interface for carrying knives and tourniquets, enhancing first-aid efficiency.

The backpack is made of Cordura nylon fabric, which is characterized by high strength, heat resistance, durability, abrasion resistance, water-repellent properties, lightness, and easy cleaning (just wipe with a dampened cloth).

The main compartment of the backpack has eyelets on the bottom for moisture drainage and ventilation. Also, it should be noted that all zippers on the backpack except for the metal tongue have an additional loop of elastic cord with a curved and ribbed plastic tip so that opening or closing the snake even with gloves will be easy and convenient.

The backpack features padded shoulder straps for carrying with a chest strap for extra support and stability that can be removed. The padded 3D mesh back padding is also removable if you need to secure the backpack to a slab carrier.

The handle is made from a folded sling. There is a velcro area in the front for an identification patch. On the front of the backpack, on the bottom, sides, and on the straps there are rows of MOLLE fasteners for adding the necessary pouches.

The 18 to 20-liter/ 4.75 to 5.25-gallon capacity allows you to hold all the medical supplies you need without being too bulky. 

Weighing just 1,440 grams/3 pounds 3 ounces, it's the ultimate compromise between capacity and load. 

The dimensions of 420 x 260 x 100 mm/16.5 x 10.25 x 4 inches (Height x Width x Depth) are a guarantee of convenience even in confined spaces of cars, airplanes, tight quarters, shelters, and the like.
