The Patagonia PCU level 6 Gore-Tex Pants are part of the all-weather Protective Combat Uniform, designed to be worn over the base level in wet conditions in all seasons. Designed for US Special Forces.
Made of nylon, which provides protection from strong wind and rain. Thanks to the Gore-Tex membrane, the pants breathe while keeping moisture out.
They have waterproof zippers and pockets.
There is an elastic insert sewn into the back of the waist. There are fastenings for suspenders on the inside.
The smooth inner surface reduces rubbing, allowing the inner layers of clothing to glide. This gives additional freedom of movement and ease when putting on and taking off your pants. For faster dressing or undressing, there are waterproof zippers along the knee-length pants, which are additionally fastened with buttons at the bottom. The clasp is covered with a windproof strip.
