The Specna Arms brand 7.4V 1200mAh 20C/40C LiPo battery is designed for use in strikeball drives with Tamiya mini connectors.
It is a lithium polymer battery with a higher voltage of 7.4V.
Lithium polymer (Li-Po) batteries are the successors of the popular lithium-ion (Li-Ion) batteries. The main advantage of Li-Po batteries is undoubtedly the ratio of capacity to size/weight. These batteries are very compact and energy-efficient at the same time, making them the optimal option for almost any AEG drive. The lithium polymer technology has no memory effect and allows frequent recharging without the need for a complete discharge. Frequent charging is the optimum operating mode for this type of battery.
Another important advantage of Li-Po batteries is their low self-discharge rate. When stored, the battery loses about 3-5% of its charge per month. However, it should be borne in mind that storage without use for long periods can lead to discharge below the maximum allowable level (3 V per cell) and irreversible chemical reactions that can degrade battery performance, damage the battery, and in some cases lead to ignition.
This type of battery will have a service life of 500 - 700 cycles if the rules of use are followed. Ambient temperature is also an important factor in durability. Unlike many other types of Li-Pol batteries, these batteries work well at low temperatures; however, they should be charged at room temperature. Also note that to maintain performance when charging these batteries, you should use balancing when connecting them; most Li-Po cells come with a special connector for this purpose, and quality chargers have built-in balancers.

For LiPo and Li-Ion batteries, the warranty only covers switching on. The product cannot be returned or exchanged in the future!
Do not allow the battery to discharge below the maximum permissible level (3 V per section), this may cause damage, and in some cases, fire. An unused battery must be charged to 70%.
When using, it is also important not to allow overcharging above 4.2 V per section. The battery must be charged at room temperature. To maintain performance when charging, you must use balancing when connecting.
Do not allow the battery to completely discharge!
Do not store the battery at temperatures below 0 °C.
Do not use the machine at temperatures below -1 °C.
