The AGILE series medical pouch is designed for rapid access to an individual medical kit organized according to the MARCH algorithm. Its construction is based on real combat experience and the needs of military personnel operating in dynamic environments.
The model features an ultra-low profile — approximately 7 cm when fully loaded — helping to reduce overall gear bulk and ensuring it does not restrict movement during operations, vehicle deployment, or assault tasks.
The pouch is compatible with load-bearing belt systems (LBS) and can also be mounted on the side cummerbunds of a plate carrier. It attaches via two MOLLE straps (occupying three vertical rows).

- Cordura® 1000D (Brookwood, USA) — original fabric with NIR treatment (reduced visibility under night vision), double polyurethane coating for water resistance. It does not support combustion, resists fading in sunlight, and offers high abrasion resistance.
- TYTAN reinforced threads (100% polyester) — enhanced seam strength and resistance to mechanical and chemical impact
- 2M hardware (Italy) — proven reliability in field conditions
- Velcro Alfatex (Belgium) — dense hook-and-loop engagement that maintains performance even after prolonged use
- Polyamide webbing and shock cord — high strength, durability, and heat resistance
