Trauma Kit Now! (TKN) Medium was originally designed to hold the contents of the Army's IFAK, but can be configured for almost any emergency medical load. It has a place for the major hemorrhage, respiratory, circulatory, and hypothermia components.
The TKN Medium medical pouch consists of two parts: an internal fold-out organizer that can be instantly removed, and an external pouch with attachment to equipment with a Molle system. This design provides quick access to the internal contents, ensuring that the pouch is securely attached to the equipment when not in use.
At the top of the TKN Medium there are Molle fields that allow you to attach a pouch with a tourniquet, for example, the BFG Tourniquet NOW! Pouch. One column with Molle slots at the top provides room for a single pistol pouch, flashlight, multi-tool, etc.
Line of pouches Trauma Kit Now! was built around the concept of security and high-speed access to medication. No zippers, buttons or side buckles that are hard to find in an emergency or when your hands are wet with blood. The internal organizer tab features an index ball (BLIP™) for tactile identification without having to look at the pouch. BLIP™ makes it easy to unwrap medical contents with gloved hands in cold, dark or wet environments.
The TKN Medium pouch uses the Helium Whisper attachment system. It is Molle compatible and provides up to 40% weight savings compared to a traditional fastening system.
Medicines and instruments are not included in the package.
