FMA Hel Star 6 Gen III is an alternative to the specially designed LED beacon Core Survival Hel-Star 6, which has proven itself in various tactical operations around the world.
The strobe marker is ideal for identifying “Friend or Foe” (IFF) and/or marking a location. It helps to visually mark the position of you, your partner, or an object. This is necessary to increase the safety and effectiveness of joint actions when performing a task.
The lighting has two operating modes (A – LED and B – infrared) and four submodes:
A1 – turns on the LEDs in constant mode;
A2 – LEDs in constant mode plus a flashing white LED;
B1 – flashing infrared light;
B2 – constant infrared radiation.
The slide switches allow you to smoothly and conveniently change the operating mode and turn the device on and off. Provide intuitive control of the operating modes. And they are also easy to use, even with gloves.
The beacon is easily attached to a helmet, uniform, backpack, or armor using Velcro with sticky glue, which ensures ease of use. The presence of holes for additional safety straps increases the reliability of fastening, and in some cases can serve as an effective alternative to Velcro.
Basic protection from water and dust.
One CR123 battery (not included) is enough for operation.
