U-WIN BASE Plate Carrier is a lightweight and durable base platform designed for building a customized personal protection system. It is engineered for professional use in tactical and combat environments, combining minimal weight, high strength, and well-balanced functionality.

The carrier is compatible with standard 250×300 mm armor plates (up to 25 mm thick) as well as “Temp” plates 250×312 mm (up to 35 mm thick), making it a versatile solution for most commonly used ballistic plates.

• Comfort & Ventilation
  The set includes two solid shock-absorbing pads with ventilation holes:
  • 15 mm — for standard plates
  • 8 mm — for “Temp” plates
  These pads provide impact absorption, comfort, and efficient airflow during prolonged wear.

• Ergonomic Design
  V-shaped shoulder strap layout keeps the shoulder area clear and allows proper weapon shouldering.

• Quick-Release System
  Shoulder straps are equipped with ROC 2M quick-release buckles, while the cummerbund uses SPIDER 2M quick releases with insulated pull tabs, easy to operate even in low-light conditions.

• Modular Shoulder Pads
  Removable padded shoulder covers with shock-absorbing material ensure comfortable fit. They feature a MOLLE interface and dedicated slots for attaching shoulder protection modules. Can be replaced with ballistic shoulder pads if required.

• Wide Adjustment Range
  Shoulder straps are adjustable for different body heights. The cummerbund is adjustable via shock-cord lacing at the rear panel, allowing unrestricted movement and breathing.

• Ballistic Compatibility
  Size 1 cummerbund supports 150×300 mm ballistic inserts and can be equipped with U-WIN Protect ballistic packages.

• Secure Plate Retention
  Each plate is secured with internal Velcro retention straps and closed with external 50 mm wide Velcro flaps.

• Emergency Drag Handle
  Reinforced drag handle with Velcro fixation is designed for casualty evacuation under fire.

• Full MOLLE Compatibility
  External surfaces feature MOLLE webbing, while front and rear panels include Velcro areas for patches and identification.

• Repair Kit Included
  The kit contains a spool of thread, two shoulder pad dampers, a double-slot buckle with closure, shock cord with cord lock, and an emergency zip tie.

Materials & Build Quality

The plate carrier is made from original Cordura® 1000D (Brookwood, USA) with NIR treatment — non-reflective under night vision, water-repellent, flame-resistant, and extremely durable.
Construction includes TYTAN bonded threads, wear-resistant polyamide tactical mesh, original 2M hardware (Italy), Velcro Alfatex (Belgium), and high-strength polyamide webbing.
