U-WIN PRO is a professional-grade tactical plate carrier designed for secure placement of ballistic plates and additional protective elements during field and combat operations. The design combines high durability, ergonomic comfort, and long-term wearability, providing an optimal balance between protection and mobility.
This model is tailored for military personnel, law enforcement, and special operations units where equipment stability, rapid response, and material durability are critical.
Key Features
Plate Compatibility
The carrier accommodates standard main plates 250×300 mm thick 5–28 mm, as well as side plates 150×200 mm. Internal compartments ensure a snug fit without shifting even during dynamic movement.
Ergonomic cummerbund
Side panels provide even weight distribution across the torso. Elastic elements allow a tight but comfortable fit without restricting mobility.
Shock-absorbing inserts
The interior features removable padding that reduces impact on the body, improves airflow, and minimizes overheating during extended use. Inserts can be removed easily for cleaning.
Quick-release system
Equipped with original Italian hardware 2M ROC 40 (shoulder area) and 2M SPIDER (cummerbund), allowing fast removal of the carrier in emergencies.
Shoulder area
Soft, removable pads with shock-absorbing layers distribute weight evenly and reduce shoulder strain. Can accommodate a tourniquet or additional MOLLE adapters.
MOLLE platform
Full MOLLE interface with reinforced zigzag stitching ensures secure attachment of pouches, first aid kits, and other compatible gear.
Secure plate retention
Internal straps with hook-and-loop fasteners combined with wide external flaps keep plates stable even under dynamic loads.
Evacuation handle
Reinforced handle on the back panel enables safe transport of injured personnel with even load distribution.
Reinforced stress points
Critical load-bearing areas are additionally reinforced to enhance durability and longevity.

Machine washable or pressure cleanable at temperatures up to 40°C. Remove shock-absorbing inserts before washing.
