Detailed Component Overview

1. DFP-MK1 Detachable Front Panel

The panel attaches quickly and securely to the plate carrier via a Velcro platform and quick-release ITW SR buckles.

• Firepower Potential: Features 3 integrated mag pouches designed for 5.56mm NATO magazines. Thanks to the adjustable bungee retention and handy pull tabs, your magazines are securely held in place yet can be deployed in seconds. The pouches can also be adjusted to fit AK 7.62mm style magazines.

• Utility Storage: Sewn onto the front of the mag pouches are 2 small utility pouches for smaller gear essentials. They feature Velcro loops for attaching ID patches and insignia.

• Additional Expansion: Rows of MOLLE webbing are sewn down the center between the utility pouches, allowing for the attachment of extra gear. Elastic loops are positioned on either side to secure chem-lights, small torches, or plastic handcuffs.

2. RPC (Recon Plate Carrier)

• Plate Compatibility: Designed to hold Medium and Large SAPI / ESAPI stand-alone plates, as well as standard 10” x 12” plates I.C.W. (In Conjunction With) 3a soft armor inserts.

• Thermoregulation & Comfort: The plate pockets are lined with 3D spacer mesh. This enhances ballistic performance, mitigates blunt force trauma, ensures continuous airflow, and effectively disperses body heat.

• Cummerbund (Skelet Cummerbund): Features a lightweight, ladder-style skeletal cummerbund. It connects to the front of the RPC using removable ITW SR clips, enabling rapid donning and doffing in seconds. The ITW SR clips boast a combined breaking strength of up to 180 kg (400 lbs) per side!

• Shoulder Configuration (2-in-1):

  1. Slick / Low-Profile — A minimalist configuration for concealed or lightweight operations.

  2. Overt / Assault — Enhanced by adding the included Velcro padded shoulder wraps and sleeves for clean routing of hydration tubes and communication wiring.
