The Walkie-Talkie is designed specifically for the Walker Razor active shooting headphones.
This integrated walkie-talkie has a number of advantages – Hands-free, no need to attach it to your gear or hold it in your hands, and comfortable and private conversations (the active headphones themselves act as a headset).
In open terrain, the radio has a range of up to 3 miles (approximately 4.8 km).
Charge of 3 AAA batteries is enough for 12 hours of uninterrupted operation.
The hinged microphone folds down compactly until the next use.
The radio is equipped with an audio input.
Supports 22 channels/99 sub-channels. The first channel corresponds to 462.550 MHz and the twenty-second channel corresponds to 462.700 MHz.
Special push-to-talk (PTT) and Voice Activation (VOX) functions adjust to the surrounding audio environment and avoid false alarms, making radio transmission much easier.
The noise reduction level is 23 dB when paired with Razor Muff headphones (sold separately).
Voice transmission is possible up to 4.8 km.
