U-WIN BASE is a universal base-level belt-and-harness load-bearing system designed for intensive professional use. The construction is engineered to handle significant loads while ensuring efficient weight distribution, reducing fatigue and increasing comfort during prolonged wear.
The system supports the installation of a U-WIN Level 2 ballistic insert that covers the entire belt area (Size 1), allowing increased protection without compromising ergonomics or mobility.
Design Features
Anatomically Shaped Belt
The curved belt design follows the body’s contours, evenly distributing the load and reducing pressure on the lower back.
Rigid Internal Core
A monolithic polycarbonate core inside the belt provides stability and resilience. The comfort damping layer can be replaced with a ballistic module.
Full-Length MOLLE Interface
A continuous MOLLE platform along the entire belt length allows flexible placement of pouches and equipment without limitations.
Front Attachment Points
Two vertical front attachment points provide quick access for carabiners, safety gear, or auxiliary equipment.
Reinforced Load-Bearing Areas
All critical zones, including the MOLLE interface, are reinforced with zigzag stitching, significantly increasing durability and service life.
Ventilated Inner Surface
The inner side of the belt is made of wear-resistant tactical mesh, enhancing airflow and comfort during active use.

Soft, anatomically shaped shoulder straps are securely fixed with Velcro and remain stable during movement.
Chest Adjustment Without Buckle
Chest adjustment is performed using a Velcro strap, eliminating rigid elements and ensuring comfortable use together with a plate carrier.
