The suppressor body is made from a heat-resistant stainless alloy that handles prolonged high-intensity use and ensures stable performance during extended firing. The exterior is coated with heat-resistant Cerakote, which withstands temperatures up to 1472°F (800°C) and protects against corrosion, scratches, and color fading.

The mounts and muzzle devices are made from heat-treated carbon steel with a QPQ nitride finish known for its excellent wear and impact resistance.
The suppressor features a non-serviceable, fully welded design built for harsh field conditions and high-volume fire.
