The Uniden BCD536HP scanner is a versatile mobile and desktop receiver supporting APCO 25 Phase I and II digital signals. A key feature is remote control over Wi-Fi (802.11b/g). The device offers fast scanning and signature functions, including Close Call RF Capture, TrunkTracker V for trunked systems, and a variety of standard scanning options.
Supports MicroSD cards up to 32 GB, storing hundreds of hours of audio, memory channels, and associated metadata.
Programmable alerts allow setting different display backlight colors to notify you when a channel becomes active.
TrunkTracker V supports APCO Project 25 Phase I & II, X2-TDMA, Motorola, EDACS, and LTR trunked systems.
Intuitive memory hierarchy access makes it easy to find desired channels. Detection modes help discover new trunked channels and frequency ranges, while analysis tools include a spectrum analyzer, signal strength meter, and EDACS/LTR LCN search.
The Temporary Mute function quickly silences unwanted channels or lists, restoring them after power cycling. Backlight-on-Squelch illuminates the display when signals are active.
The receiver shows date/time with recording timestamps, supports built-in decoding CTCSS / PL / QT, DCS / DPL / DQT, P25 NAC, and flexible scanning combines main and selected channel lists.
Sentinel PC Software allows quick database updates, firmware changes, and management of favorite scan lists. USB connectivity ensures easy connection to a computer.
A rear GPS input works with the Uniden GC-GPSK or other compatible GPS units to track location during scanning.
