The large tactical ruler (blue edge) from the Ukrainian brand Ecopybook Tactical is designed and manufactured specifically for quick, convenient, and easy application of a wide range of military designations to a map in any conditions.
By the way, it is also known as a large officer's ruler. But this is an outdated name that does not fit modern realities. Because, in addition to officers, such a ruler is now used by sergeants and soldiers, therefore the modern name is more appropriate.
The inscriptions on it are made in Ukrainian.
