281Z: military clothing, warm clothes and patriotic T-shirts
The history of the company began in 2015, when the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine formed a working group on issues of material support for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. By that time, the tactical equipment and clothing of the Ukrainian army did not meet modern requirements, so the group members were faced with the task of creating new equipment for the Armed Forces in the shortest possible time.
After finishing their collaboration with the Ministry of Defence, in 2016, members of the group founded the outdoor clothing brand 281Z. Its name refers to the Ministry of Defence Directive No. 281/z on “the creation of a working group to improve the material support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.” Subsequently, the manufacturer expanded the range by adding patriotic T-shirts, sweatshirts and accessories. Hats. Lightweight, compact headgear suitable for both everyday use and to be worn under a ballistic helmet. Polartec material is responsible for warming: different models use different types of it, which have different properties.
