3M Peltor ComTac VIII headset with active noise cancellation. The model is equipped with two high-frequency microphones to improve the audibility of surrounding sounds. Designed for use in difficult conditions, particularly, in military and law enforcement. It provides reliable hearing protection while allowing you to hear surrounding sounds clearly and communicate using a radio or other communication devices.
The 4-pin Nexus TP-120 Peltor J11 connector lets you connect the headset to the PTT button for working with a radio station.
The ComTac VIII model has an innovative 3M PELTOR MAP (Mission Audio Profiles) function. Advanced sound listening settings allow you to adapt and optimise the volume level depending on the mission and conditions.
Dynamic waterproof microphone. Water resistance is tested according to IP68.
The low-profile headband evenly distributes pressure on the head, which allows you to wear them for long periods without discomfort. The Peltor ComTac VIII is powered by two AAA batteries, lasting approximately 50 hours.
The unit features a low battery warning system and an automatic power-off function after 4 hours of non-use.
