The Peltor ComTac XPI headset meets the most stringent military requirements for reliability and functionality. Protect hearing from harsh sounds, amplify weak sounds, allow reception and transmission of a signal in a noisy environment.
The headphones are also equipped with state-of-the-art tactical features such as an equalizer, allowing the user to concentrate fully on the task at hand.

Active protection function with new settings:
In-ear mode - Increases the volume when using in-ear headphones in very noisy environments.
Balance mode - adjust the balance between the left and right earbuds
Equalizer mode - adjust and remove high or low frequencies
Off time mode - specifying the time after which the tactical function is reactivated.
Headband made of stainless steel with leather upholstery, foldable.

Battery life is about 500 hours.
The low battery alarm sounds 5 minutes before the battery is completely depleted.
The external radio channel has priority and will transmit even if the headphones are turned off or the power is turned off.

XPI headsets are an updated version of XP. The changes are not very significant. The audible signals have been replaced with a female voice that tells you which buttons are pressed. The headband is also slightly transformed, the metal frame is black, which makes the look much nicer.
