LIBERATOR ll radio headsets are designed to protect ears from loud firing sounds, as well as ensure that,
when necessary, you can hear non-loud ambient sounds, warning signals, and equipment sounds.
This headphone model provides:
- the function of automatic volume control of sound, amplifying weak sounds and weakening strong ones.
External communication and the function of automatic volume control do not depend on each other;
- manual volume control;
- The function of automatic volume control when working in stereo mode;
- the function of storing in memory the last setting when turned off;
- priority to the external radio signal to be transmitted, even in the event of a power failure;
- automatic shutdown after 2 hours of inactivity, as well as a warning signal a minute before shutdown;
- a function that, when the battery charge level decreases, signals this.
Signals are issued every 30 seconds for 5 minutes before turning off the headphones;
- polarity protection, preventing damage to the circuits in case of improper insertion of batteries;
- reduction of noise at high frequencies - 31 dB;
- reduction of noise at medium frequencies - 28 dB;
- noise reduction at low frequencies - 16 dB.
- protection against loud sounds up to 190 dB (all light and noise grenades)
Battery life is 600 hours. Batteries are placed in a waterproof unit.
In LIBERATOR ll there is one compartment for batteries with a closing lid, which increases resistance to moisture penetration.
Headphones are waterproof, i.e. remain in working condition after extraction from water.
Headphones consist of:
- cups with wire base. The base is made of wire with a diameter of 2 mm of alloyed steel with anti-corrosion coating.
The cups are made of a shock-resistant technical thermoplastic resin based
n a copolymer of acrylonitrile with butadiene and styrene (hereinafter - ABS plastic).
The battery compartment is closed with a lid (made of ABS plastic). The cover has rubber moisture protective consolidation.
Controls on the body of the cup: on / off, volume.
The microphone mounting unit is reinforced and resistant to wear.
- soundproof rollers. The base is made of ABS plastic with a thickness of 2 mm,
on which the filler is fixed - foam rubber, covered with a thermoplastic polymer of vinyl chloride.
Dimensions soundproof rollers: height 103 mm, width 81.5 mm, thickness 19 mm.
Sound proof rollers are easy to replace and firmly snap-fit.
- microphone (with resistance - 186 ohms). The microphone has a reliable microphone mount to the headphone cup,
which prevents the microphone from breaking off from the headset.
- headphone mount to the head has a convenient design that allows you
to use them together with helmets of any kind, unlike other analogs,
thanks to a thin fixing jumper in the upper part, the pressing force on the head is
achieved by using a rear compression unit made of a metal structure covered with a cloth.
- speech microphone on the bar.
The bar is made of wire with a diameter of 4 mm from
high-strength brass alloy with low magnetic properties.
Microphone - dynamic dust and water tight.
The microphone has a reliable microphone mount to the headphone cup and does not break off during operation.
- Headphones are attached to the PTT button with a secure mount.
- Headphones weight –355 g.
LIBERATOR ll has a narrow profile, thanks to which the space under the helmet is won,
the wearing comfort is ensured, and rubbing at the top of the head is eliminated.
The LIBERATOR ll has a standard rear headband strap on the head.
The LIBERATOR ll uses an adjustable mesh supporting strap that runs over the head,
which results in maximum pressure reduction on the head.
Using a woven strap also allows you to get more free space
under the helmet and reduce the pressure of the weight of the helmet.
Situational understanding - digital technology of situational understanding,
which improves speech quality used in LIBERATOR ll, allows you to better navigate the battlefield.
