LIBERATOR III active headphones are designed to protect hearing organs from loud sounds of shooting, as well as to provide the ability, if necessary, to hear not loud ambient sounds, warning signals, sounds of equipment.
This headphone model provides:
- an automatic volume control function that amplifies weak sounds and attenuates strong ones. External communication and automatic volume control are independent of each other;
- manual volume control;
- function of automatic volume control when working in stereo mode;
- the function of saving the last setting in memory when turned off;
- priority to the external radio signal, which must be transmitted, even in case of power failure;
- automatic shutdown after 2 hours of inactivity, as well as warning signals a minute before shutdown;
- a function that signals this when the state of charge of the batteries decreases. Signals are generated every 30 seconds for 5 minutes until the headphones are turned off;
- polarity protection to prevent damage to circuits in case of incorrect insertion of batteries;
- reduction of noise level at high frequencies - 31 dB;
- reduction of noise level at medium frequencies - 28 dB;
- reduction of noise level at low frequencies - 16 dB.

Battery life is 600 hours. The batteries are housed in a waterproof box. The LIBERATOR III has one battery compartment with a lockable lid for increased resistance to moisture penetration.
The headphones are waterproof, i.e. remain in working condition after being removed from the water.

The LIBERATOR ll has a narrow profile, which gives space under the helmet, provides comfort while wearing, eliminates chafing at the top of the head. The LIBERATOR ll has a standard back head strap mount. The LIBERATOR ll features an adjustable mesh overhead support strap to maximize pressure relief on the head. The use of a woven strap also allows for more space under the helmet and reduces the pressure of the helmet's weight.
