Combat Shirt UATAC UBACS Gen. 5.5 Multicam NYCO with elbow pads combines high-quality materials, the latest manufacturing technologies, as well as the maximum level of protection and functionality.
Special mesh inserts on the shoulders help distribute the weight of the stove carrier or backpack evenly over the shoulders.
The stand-up collar can be folded in a classic style if necessary. There is a YKK zipper in the chest area.
The main part of the UBACS is made of pleasant to the touch NyCoLy jersey (40% NILIT BREEZE nylon, 52% cotton, 8% lycra). The advantages of this material are a cooling effect (NILIT BREEZE technology), increased wear resistance, Odour Management technology (odour control), ventilation and maximum moisture removal from the body, protection from UV rays.
The shoulders and sleeves are made from a tear and stretch resistant composition of 65% cotton and 35% polyester.
Velcro panels are symmetrically located on the sleeves for placing insignia or patches. An important detail: the Velcro is covered with branded stripes, so if you don’t have insignia, small debris and dust will not stick to them. In addition, these patches are the same colour as the shirt sleeves, so they do not dilute the camouflage.
Also there are 2 pockets on each of the sleeves — under the Velcro and in the wrist area. Pocket closures have convenient sliders for easy grip even with gloves. The lower pockets have a mesh bottom so they can be used for ventilation.
The elbows have connectors for the elbow pads included in the kit. These areas are additionally reinforced with inserts made of Cordura material.
