The Ultimate Series is Bronyx's top-of-the-line armor plate. Ultimate plates are made of advanced materials from Honeywell, the world market leader in ballistic protection.
Bronyx AP3-MH armor plates of DSTU protection class 3 are the lightest Bronyx plates. The weight of one plate in size M is 990g.
Armor plates ¦ class are available only in size M (250x300mm), size L(260x330mm), and XL (275x350mm) will appear later.
The material of the armor plate is Honeywell's UHMWPE (ultra high molecular weight polyethylene) (AP3-MH).
Armor plate thickness is 14-16mm.
Standardized plate shape of Shooter's Cut type (i.e. with beveled corners) and comfortable anatomical bending in two planes.
The bend in two planes (3d multi-curved technology) improves comfort during daily use of armor plates, as it follows the shape of the chest wall, provides maximum fit to the body, and even distributes the plate weight.
Protection class: 3rd according to DSTU 8782:2018.
Armor plate tested in a certified laboratory (withstands 3 bullet hits each 5,45 × 39 mm. PS and 7,62 × 39 mm. PS. from 10 meters), a copy of the test report can be provided with the plates upon request of the buyer.
All Bronyx armor plates are manufactured at our production facilities.
M – size 250 by 300 mm, weight 990g, chest volume up to 110 cm (+-5 cm). This is a standardized size, which will fit most armor plates.
Important! If the vest cover does not have a damper pad between the chest and the armor plate, we recommend using a damper inserted under the armor plate in the vest cover. It helps to reduce interference deformation caused by high-energy impact elements.
