Planning, navigation, tracking

Tactix navigatot helps you to create routes, record up to 1000 waypoints (such as muster points, landing sites or campsites) and record GPS trails on the move. It helps you to navigate to coordinates, along a track or routes, toward waypoints or along any other designated target bearing. The TracBack feature guides you back along a previously recorded track so you can easily find your way to the end of a tactical training course, campsite, trailhead or safety of a vehicle, even in the roughest conditions.

BaseCamp and BaseCamp Mobile applications help you to  plan trips and share adventures with friends and your family. Tactix watch is equipped with both ANT+ and Bluetooth to wirelessly share tracks, waypoints and routes with other compatible Garmin devices or smart phones.

Altimeter, Barometer and Compass

Tactix watch is equipped with ABC sensors (altimeter, barometer and compass) to provide relevant actual information. The built-in altimeter provides elevation data to accurately monitor ascents and descents. The barometer is used to predict weather changes by showing short-term trends in air pressure. The 3-axis electronic compass keeps your bearing whether you’re moving or not.

Tactix watch calibrates its ABC sensors using its GPS receiver and the time can be also auto set based on location.

Measure Performance

Tactix watch shows real sport data, such as distance, pace, cadence and calories, to help you track your progress during and after your adventures. Watch is compatible with our heart rate monitor, speed/cadence bike sensor and foot pod for indoor or outdoor use.

Watch is designed for the Roughest Conditions

Tactix model has a strong housing to survive shocks and a mineral glass lens to resist scratching. It is equipped with large LCD display with a green LED backlight and a robust polyurethane wristband. Water resistant up to 50 meters. Battery cycle id rather long and up to 50 hours in GPS mode (depends on mode) and up to 5 weeks in usual watch mode.

The all-black, rugged and stable watch is designed by the strict military requirements. Its scratch-resistant, curved lens is rugged and prevents reflection. The U.S. Tides and Jumpmaster functions are very suitable for amphibious and airborne operations.
