Coffee from the Ukrainian startup Military Black Coffee Company, the idea of which is to attract attention and popularize airsoft. The coffee is packed in a sealed individual package weighing 250 grams with a special break-off valve and rivets, thanks to which the ground coffee is convenient to store and carry with you. Also, the package has a degassing valve, which works on a one-way principle - it releases carbon dioxide and does not allow oxygen to flow to freshly roasted grains. Oxygen is detrimental to coffee beans - in just a few days of contact with oxygen, the beans lose up to 30% of their aroma. Therefore, its presence ensures that the coffee was packaged immediately after roasting, and accordingly retained the maximum aroma and essential oils.
General flavor profile: dark chocolate, caramel, nuts, apple, vanilla.
The Antigua Valley in Guatemala is famous for its 100-year-old coffee trees, where farms grow the trees following centuries of tradition. The area, located among three volcanoes at an altitude of 1,500 meters above sea level, has ideal conditions for growing coffee: rich soil, abundant rainfall, close sun and relatively stable temperatures. In terms of aroma, coffee has a noticeable floral intensity as well as citrus notes. In terms of real flavors, Antigua coffee is spicy and steaming with strong hints of chocolate and caramel. In addition, it contains the nutty aromas commonly found in other Guatemalan coffees.
